Primary purpose of onomastic electronic base is unification of onomastic names by means of collection of information on names of streets, population centers, institutions and different objects in regions of the country and creation of single base of Kazakh onomastics.

General rules
1. These rules (hereinafter - Rules) of the Republican Competition of Readers of artistic word of Abai (hereinafter - Competition) have been developed for the purpose of holding an event coincided to the Languages Day of Kazakhstan People.
The purpose of competition:

1) Expanding the scope of the state language use;

2) Language cultivation;

3) Propaganda of fiction development;

4) Showing the talented youth.

The competition is hold in the state language.
The competition consists of two stages
