Within the framework of the long-term intercultural cooperation of Pavlodar oblast with the border regions of Russian federation, the implementation of the item of the State Program for the Development and Functioning of Languages for 2011-2020, for the third year now, the language development department has been organizing free Kazakh language courses in border regions.

The purpose of this course is to provide methodological and organizational support in the study of native language to representatives of Kazakh diaspora.

The official opening of this event took place on April 16, 2018 in the Karasuk district of Novosibirsk oblast of Russian Federation, in which the head of the department on languages development of oblast Osmanova S.G., the administration of Karasuk Rural District, the Council of Aksakals and the chairman of public were took part.

This event coincided with the celebration of the Day of languages, announced in the area as part of Nauryz Meiramy.

The course attracted 50 people who will be trained on the new innovative technology called “Intensive course of the Kazakh language”, working with the leading instructor-practitioner, author and developer of many textbooks and teaching aids in Kazakh language Kinzhikova Sh.D.
