On April 27, 2018 the Repubican scientific-practical conference «Spiritual revival and primordially Turkic spiritual heritage» dedicated to the Day of Turkic writing was organized by the National scientific-practical center Til-Kazyna named after Shaisultan Shayakhmetov in Kyzylorda city.

The purpose of the republican scientific-practical conference was to study of the past and determine the present Turkic spiritual heritage and its writing – as a source of spiritual revival of the people.

Scientists Turkologists of the country took part in the discussion and exchange of experience on topical issues of introduction of the new Kazakh alphabet based on the Latin script.

Scientific-practical conference was attended by scientists-Turkologists, researchers in social and humanitarian fields, teachers-professors of higher educational institutions of the country, young researchers, representatives of the intelligentsia and the media.

The event ended with a concert dedicated to the Turkic culture and art in the Palace of Culture named after A.Tokmagambetov.
