Non-commercial Joint Stock Company «The National scientific and practical center «Til-Kazyna» named after Shaisultan Shayakhmetov» announces a competition for innovative projects and new ideas.

The purpose of competition is to create conditions for fast learning of the Latin script, increasing the number of innovative projects, expanding the audience of state language, considering the level of acceptance, level of learning, as well as the age groups of society in learning the Latin alphabet.

Requirements for projects for participation in competition:

• Online application development for learning Latin alphabet for children and adults using innovative IT technologies;
• Web service development for language learning based on machine learning;
• Creation the web and IT infrastructure for learning and promoting the state language;
• Creation of unique content in Kazakh language;
• Development of video blocks for explanatory work on the basis of Latin script (information advertising, educational and explanatory).

Applications are accepted until October 1 of the current year.
