If we speak with the words of the founder of the science of linguistics the famous Turkologist Sarsen Amanzholuly, who underline the historical importance of the language for development of people. Today articles and research papers are written about the problems of language. There is also a law on language, which determines the corresponding status of language. The language problem is mainly difficult for many States. Due to the fact that in the era of globalization, the process of globalization can have a negative impact on what language in the dictionary through the language imbued with a large number of borrowed words, slang words. But I'm not saying that it's about the benefits of language proficiency, not language frustration.

To date, I want to say that the relevance of the concept of "How many languages you know, so many people" is increasing. According to Sagadiyev, the Minister of education and science of Kazakhstan, 550,000 books in English, 97,000 books in Russian, 65,000 books in French, 2,300 books in Kazakh were published in the world in 2011. A 70% of technical information is published in English. This, in turn, makes it necessary for many States to translate these books into their own language. But this is a situation where the economy of these States does not rise. Parents who have noticed this process and distant tears, in what language do I study my children in kindergarten, school, and in what language is better than the native language?- on a question, reflect. After all, this multinational state, of course, concerns many families.

As you know, in the field of education there is a task to implement a trilingual policy. It includes English, German, Chinese and other languages in kindergartens, school walls, higher education institutions as the second, third.b. proof of this can be learning languages. During the meeting, the issues of creating a cluster of radiological medicine, namely organizational and legal forms and subject functions of the radiological cluster were discussed. This means that parents, school and society in General understand the importance of learning foreign languages.

In order to study the language, the Ministry of education and science introduced a very important updated educational program in primary, basic and secondary schools. One of the main features of the program is the formation and development of language skills necessary for full communication with the child. In particular, students need to develop the skills of "listening, speaking, reading, writing" by all subject teachers. Only speech in native and foreign languages can be an indicator of full language proficiency. Therefore, the development of four-language skills is an important factor in the education of a competitive generation. In addition, on behalf of the head of state there are opportunities for the implementation of trilingual policy. I believe that this work is a positive result of the balanced policy of the head of state, who put forward the state program of development and functioning of languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020, created in the conditions of the Fourth industrial revolution to educate a competitive generation, further progress in the economy and other sectors of development.

I think that the graduates of the Nazarbayev Intellectual school of chemical-biological direction in Shymkent Akaris Gisby received an invitation from 12 American universities, who are fluent in the English language, and also received the invitation of Anton Morgunov from such prestigious educational institutions like "Harvard", "Stanford". The biggest achievement was the first graduate of the Intellectual school in 2010 Becket Tulegenov-the first Kazakh child who entered the University of aerospace "Embry-Riddle", which trains specialists in the units of the us air force.

Kazakh children today study the novelty published yesterday in all branches of science, work in this direction, contribute to science, create great opportunities for the development of education and science of our country. This is my personal opinion, manifestations of citizenship.

As Akhmet Baitursynov said, "The loss of language leads to disappearance of the people” - the task is to preserve the language, its popularization, to transfer the rich and artistic language to future generations. Work on the enrichment of Kazakh-language content is our duty!
