Qazlatyn.kz - is a multi-functional converter that transforms texts from Cyrillic to Latin and to direct text in online mode, and the main national portal that supports the process of transition to Latin graphics in the country. You can download the offline version of the converter for Windows, applications for MS Office, plugins and mobile applications for Android, iOS platforms.

Primary purpose of onomastic electronic base is unification of onomastic names by means of collection of information on names of streets, population centers, institutions and different objects in regions of the country and creation of single base of Kazakh onomastics.

Site “termincom.kz” contributes to classification of Kazakh vocabulary, complement of terminological reserve, matching of terms and names with norms of Kazakh language. All terms, which are used nowadays, are given on the site for achievement of this objective.

General rules

1.These rules (hereinafter - Rules) of the Republican Olympiad «Tildaryn» (hereinafter - competition) are aimed at stimulating the implementation of trilingualism.

The purpose of the Olympiad:

1) Identification and support of gifted youth who are fluent in three languages – Kazakh, Russian and English;

2) Srengthening of Kazakhstan patriotism, language cultivation, to respect languages and cultures of other nations.

The Olympiad is hold in Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
The Olympiad consists of two stages:

1) The first selection stage is hold in the oblasts and cities of Astana, Almaty until September 15, 2018

2) The second stage – the republican Olympiad is hold in Petropavl in October-November 2018.
