General rules

These rules (hereinafter - Rules) of the Republican competition of akyn’s «Tekti sozdin toresi - terme» (hereinafter - competition) are aimed to the development of the language culture of Kazakhstan people and propaganda of national traditions and art.
The purpose of competition:

Formation of speech culture of Kazakh people;
Development of the national genre of zhyr, terme;
Propaganda of national genres «zhyr-terme» among youth.
