Primary purpose of onomastic electronic base is unification of onomastic names by means of collection of information on names of streets, population centers, institutions and different objects in regions of the country and creation of single base of Kazakh onomastics.

General Rules
The rules (hereinafter - Rules) of the Republican competition "State language and media world" (hereinafter - competition) is coincided to the Day of communication and information workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the competition is to promote the state language policy in the media, increase the Kazakh-language content and expand the scope of the state language use.
The contest consists of four nomination:

«The best television programme»;
«The best radio programme»;
«The best article of the site»;
