Qazlatyn.kz - is a multi-functional converter that transforms texts from Cyrillic to Latin and to direct text in online mode, and the main national portal that supports the process of transition to Latin graphics in the country. Primary purpose of onomastic electronic base is unification of onomastic names by means of collection of information on names of streets, population centers, institutions and different objects in regions of the country and creation of single base of Kazakh onomastics.
