In accordance with the instructions of the Oblast Akim B.Zh. Bakauov, given at the enlarged meeting on 4 December 2017, the Department for the Development of the Languages of the Pavlodar Oblast on March 13, 2018, held a seminar-conference on the topic “About the Phased Change-Over of Children’s Preschool Institutions to the State Language of Education” with the participation of the Deputy Oblast Akim M.M.
